Colin Bax Photography does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. I cannot verify whether a website visitor is older than 16. Photos taken on your behalf: Colin Bax Photography will retain the photos until the business closes, unless otherwise agreed. As long as Colin Bax Photography retains your photos, you can request them from me.
Photos may be published on our own websites colinbaxphotography.nz (artistic interest). Permission is requested for publication on social media and third-party websites.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Colin Bax Photography will NEVER sell your contact information or photos to third parties and will only provide them if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Colin Bax Photography has a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Colin Bax Photography remains responsible for these processing operations.

To verify that the request for access has been made by you, I ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
